Ensure a safe flight for your pet when you bring him along during pleasure trips. If not planned properly, traveling can be stressful for both you and the four-legged member of your family. Pay attention to these pet air travel tips:

~Book a direct flight as much as possible~Have your pet checked up by the vet and make sure all vaccinations are current. Get a health certificate.~Have your pet wear a collar and ID tag that includes your destination information~Buy a USDA-approved shipping crate that’s large enough for your pet to stand, sit and turn around in comfortably.~Place “Live Animal” stickers on top and sides of the crate and use arrows to indicate the crate’s upright position. Include a photo of your pet on the outside of the crate
