When I was growing up in, I can’t seem to forget my next door neighbor who is an old lady and lived with her cats. She had about six of them back then. I remember she would invite me to her house in the afternoons for milk and cookies. She showed me her cats, her cats’ photos and various wood pet urns. I was too young then to understand the concept of death so I thought nothing of the elegant wooden box with a photo of a cat.

Much later on I learned what an urn was. I was so used to visiting the cemetery once a year, I didn’t know that people could be “buried” or their ashes could actually be kept with the owners. Wood pet urns are also an attractive way of keeping your pet’s ashes. They blend easily with your house’s interiors. They are simple yet elegant.
