Sucking Up

Since my girlfriend’s sister is into cats, I decided to break the ice with her and get her pet some cat toys. I would always drop by their apartment after work and stay there to spend time with my girlfriend. There are instances though when she would not be in the mood. I intend to have a better relationship with her since I would want to take things serious with her sister.
My girlfriend’s sister got pretty surprised when she got the items a few days back. Although she had plainly said thanks, I knew she had appreciated the effort. True enough, my girlfriend told me that she immediately examined what I got for her pet and gave the same to the cat. I am sure things will be a bit better with her the next time I come over.
