Cat play houses

Your pet cat is in some way like your little girl. While your little lady plays with her doll house, the kitty plays in his play house. Cat play houses may be made of sturdy plywood platforms set upon PVC pipes. These can be elaborate multi story configurations painted in attractive colors. The posts can be finished in sisal ropes for the cat to scratch on.

But if this looks too complicated for you, remember that all the cat wants is to move from room to room, climb steps and have a place to rest when he gets tired. A simple collection of cardboard boxes will make him happy. Look for boxes that are thick and strong. Cut off the flaps to avoid accidents. Leave them in a corner, some on their side, others upright. Your cat will have a grand time for hours and you did not have to break your piggy bank.
